Our Story

Hello, my name is Na’thia Johnson, your NEXT Professional Organizer. For over 10 years, I have studied and worked in finance and accounting, which I enjoyed, and was excited to apply my knowledge and skills in the business world. However, after a while, I felt unfulfilled. I have always been a highly organized individual, noting this as a strength whenever asked. I realized that my passion was not just about managing money and financial data, but also about helping people and organizations increase productivity.

 

Through self-reflection and exploration, I discovered that coaching and consulting were the perfect avenues for me to pursue my newfound passion. I decided to pivot my career and focus on helping individuals, families, and small businesses achieve their goals through better organization, time management, and productivity strategies. 

 

I became a Professional Organizer to work with busy individuals who needed help staying organized, meeting deadlines, and managing their workloads. 

My goal is to help these individuals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to overcome organizational challenges so they can focus on what’s important including family time, passions and growing their businesses. I believe that with the right skills, tools, and mindset, anything is possible.
